If you are sending scissors/clipper blades via Royal Mail, please adhere to the following packaging instructions provided by The Royal Mail:

"Wrap heavy cardboard around sharp edges and points, strong enough to ensure that the contents do not pierce the outer packaging. Wrap each item with cushioning material. Place in a suitable outer container such as a padded envelope. The sender’s name and return address must be clearly visible on the outer packaging"

I aim to return all sharpened items back to their owners within 24 hours from initial receipt of goods (subject to work schedule). If urgency is required I will of course prioritise such orders.

Upon arrival, we will send a confirmation email or call you to acknowledge your delivery. We may also contact you to discuss any matters of concern that may need to be brought to your attention.

There is no definitive answer, it all depends on how much we must sharpen to get a quality cutting edge.

Don’t worry, if we can’t sharpen your blades then we won't charge you!!

We aim to sharpen your blades on the same day they arrive and send them back home the next working day.
