Our service process includes:

Disassemble and clean the cutter blade and comb. Check tension and spring settings. Remove any dirt and debris.
Fine Grinding on Precision Wheels
We employ a precision grinding wheel to achieve meticulous fine grinding.
Visual Inspection of Grinding
Perform a visual inspection to ensure the grind is consistent and accurate. Afterward, clean, oil, and prepare the comb and cutter for reassembly.
Re-assembly socket and tension check
When assembling the blades, we check the tension and adjust it accordingly to ensure the blade sits tightly on the blade hinge. There's nothing more annoying than a rattly blade.
Blade Testing and Packaging
Test the blades on synthetic fur to assess their performance. Once confirmed, carefully pack the blades and prepare them for delivery.

Disassembly/Cleaned
Your scissors are disassembled, cleaned, and expertly prepared before the sharpening process.
Sharpening
Each individual blade of your scissors goes through a meticulous sharpening process using our state-of-the-art flat hone sharpening system. Where necessary, we carefully re-establish the ride line using a wet stone before the blade undergoes a thorough polishing process. This ensures that your scissors are finely crafted to deliver precise and efficient cutting performance
Reassembly
With great care, we reassemble your scissors, replacing any worn washers and bumpers, if needed. We carefully adjust the balance to ensure the best possible performance for your newly sharpened and polished scissors.
Testing
To ensure the highest quality, we rigorously test the scissors using a combination of thin tissue paper, dry and wet as well as synthetic hair. The scissors must effortlessly cut from base to tip without requiring any additional hand pressure to pass.
